JLL Facilitates Full-Floor Lease in Downtown DC for Brown Rudnick

JLL facilitated a full-floor lease for law firm Brown Rudnick at 1900 N Street, NW in downtown Washington, DC. The law firm selected the Commerz Real-owned building for its efficient layout and outstanding amenity package, including one of the most expansive rooftops in the city.

JLL’s Evan Behr, Doug Mueller, Kristen Mathis and Thomas Myers represent 1900 N Street, and Savill’s Gary Stein, David Goldstein, Jon Glass and Owen Jaccard represented Brown Rudnick. “Brown Rudnick’s commitment to 1900 N punctuates Commerz Real’s outstanding investment in one of the highest quality Trophy buildings in Washington, DC,” stated Evan Behr, Executive Managing Director, JLL.  Brown Rudnick has engaged Studio Alliance to do an architectural renovation and full interior design of the new space.

1900 N Street is one of the most recognizable trophy buildings in DC. Developed in 2019, the property features a three-story lobby and a 4,000-square-foot fitness center. Situated in the CBD on the south side of Dupont Circle, 1900 N Street is among some of the city’s best restaurants and retail. Brown Rudnick will join fellow tenants, including Goodwin Procter, Beveridge & Diamond and CBRE.
