Gold Creek Lands $74M Refi for Burleson Project

Gold Creek Homes has obtained a $74 million refinancing for its 672-unit Shannon Creek Apartments in Burleson. Greystone provided the Fannie Mae loan, which was originated by the company’s Avi Kozlowski. The non-recourse, fixed-rate financing is part of Fannie Mae’s Green Building Certification program and features a five-year term and 30-year amortization, with full-term interest-only payments.

Constructed in 2023, Shannon Creek Apartments in Johnson County is a garden-style community with 24 buildings featuring one- and two-bedroom units.

The unit mix consists of one- and two-bedroom layouts ranging from 650 to 1,142 square feet. Select layouts also include private balconies and patios.

Common-area amenities include a fitness center, yoga room, clubhouse, volleyball court, business center and swimming pool, barbecue and picnic area, swimming pool and coffee bar.

Located at 1650 Candler Drive, the community is 5 miles from downtown Burleson, 19 miles from downtown Fort Worth, and 39 miles northeast of Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
