Trademark picks up One Springfield Center in Raleigh for $11M

TradeMark Picks Up Raleigh Office Asset

A commercial real estate firm has made another investment in North Raleigh with its latest purchase of an office building.

The Raleigh Business Journal reports TradeMark Properties acquired One Springfield Center for $11 million. The three-story office building is at 6131 Falls Of Neuse Road, across from the North Ridge shopping center.

TradeMark plans to update the building, including updating the HVAC system and common areas, resealing the parking lot and upgrading the landscaping. The 56,653-square-foot building is 88 percent occupied, and two office suites are available for lease. Roebuck Homes, Northview Partners and Stonewood Insurance are tenants in the building.

The Class-B office building’s lobby, built in 1983, was renovated in 2019. The parking lot has six EV charging stations and covers 3.59 acres.

TradeMark bought the 64,000-square-foot Campus North at the end of 2021. It now has a 90 percent occupancy rate.
