Hampton Inn Boca sells for $15.5M

MHG Acquires Boca Hotel, to Begin Major Revamp

MHG Hotels paid $15.5 million for the 94-room Hampton Inn by Hilton in Boca Raton and will begin an immediate renovation of the hotel. MHG Hotels will spend $5 million on interior and exterior renovations to the hotel.

The hotel, at 1455 W. Yamato Road, was sold by Hospitality Investors Trust for $164,894 per room. The S. Florida Business Journal reports the hotel last traded for $12.89 million in 2015. Totaling 48,433 square feet, the hotel was developed on the 1.7-acre site in 1996. It includes a pool, a fitness center and a business center.

In the past few years, MHG Hotels purchased the Courtyard by Marriott West Palm Beach Airport in November 2023. It also owns the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Deerfield Beach.
