Lee & Associates of IL Negotiates Two-Unit Lease in Des Plaines

Lee & Associates leased two contiguous units of 52,922 square feet at 2050 S Mount Prospect Road, Unit B & C, Des Plaines, Illinois. The facility is located North of O’Hare Airport with immediate access to I-90 via Elmhurst Road.

Chris Nelson and Calvin Gunn, Principals at Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the landlord, MapleTree Investments. The tenant, TA Cabinets, a professional kitchen cabinet designer & manufacturer, was represented by Marat Safir from TMG Real Estate Advisors.

Lee & Associates also recently represented both the landlord and tenant in a 38,169-square-foot new industrial building lease at 1401 Glenlake Avenue in Itasca, Illinois. Jeff Janda, SIOR, and Michael Plumb represented the landlord, Prologis. The tenant, Commercial Stainless Services, Inc., was represented by Chris Nelson and Calvin Gunn.
