JV of Fetner and Lions Group Begins Leasing at LIC Rental Tower

American Lions, a joint venture between Fetner Properties and Lions Group, has begun leasing at The Bold, a new 28-story residential tower at 27-01 Jackson Ave. in Long Island City’s Court Square neighborhood. Designed by SLCE Architects with interior design by Tamara Eaton Designs, the development brings 164 new residences to the market, including 50 affordable units.

“Long Island City is an incredibly vibrant community, and the entire development team has deeply enjoyed working in the neighborhood to bring The Bold to life,” said Hal Fetner, president and CEO of Fetner Properties. “The need for thoughtfully designed homes attuned with what New Yorkers need continues to be extremely high and delivering these residences for both our market and affordable homes, addresses this urgent demand.”

The new property is adjacent to The Italic, a 50-story, 363-unit rental building also being developed by Lions Group and Fetner Properties at 26-32 Jackson Ave. Construction on The Italic is expected to be completed next year.
