Tishman Speyer Signs Commonwealth of Massachusetts to 106K-SF Lease
Tishman Speyer has secured a 106,000-square-foot lease with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts through the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) at One Federal St., its 38-story tower office tower in Boston’s Financial District. The lease runs for 10 years. Tishman Speyer was represented in-house by Jeffrey Moore and Victoria Robinson.
DCAMM is responsible for facilities management and real estate services for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Under the new lease, DCAMM will bring together employees from six state agencies into two full floors at One Federal St. by early 2025.
“One Federal’s efficient and sustainable design, robust amenities, and premier location create the ideal environment for these Commonwealth agencies to come together,” said Tishman Speyer managing director Jessica Hughes.
The groups will utilize existing buildouts from previous customers of One Federal Street. The plan aligns with both DCAMM’s and the landlord’s sustainability initiatives, Tishman Speyer said.
