Il Terrazzo Carmine to Open New Restaurant in Seattle Skyscraper

EQ Office announced the addition of a full-service restaurant from the owners of Il Terrazzo Carmine at U.S. Bank Center (USBC) expected to open in 2025, as well as the opening of Olympia Coffee in Cedar Hall this month.

“Our vision for USBC has been not only to create an inspiring workplace, but also an inviting atmosphere, designed for human connection at its core, where tenants and visitors can gather, eat, work, and play in one central hub,” said Zach Zaborowski, Senior Vice President, Pacific Northwest at EQ Office.

The owners of Il Terrazzo Carmine will open a new location at USBC in the summer of 2025, which will be the restaurants third location in the greater Seattle area. Centered around authentic Italian cuisine, the culinary concept will occupy approximately 7,500 square feet on the first floor. USBC will open the previously announced Olympia Coffee in Cedar Hall later this month. Il Terrazzo Carmine and Olympia Coffee join existing retail tenants, including U.S. Bank, Simone David Barbershop, Jimmy John’s, and Sushi Kudasai.
