Norris & Stevens Brokers Investment Sale of Portland Storage Facility

Macadam Moving LLC recently completed the $1.6 million purchase of a mini storage warehouse located at 5620-5622 S Kelly Avenue in Portland, Oregon.

Constructed in 1964 as a warehouse and renovated into a mini storage facility in 1998, the approximately 17,322-square-foot retail building is located just off Macadam Avenue in the heart of South Portland. Equipped with 168 individual storage units, the facility also includes four office/retail spaces and a freight elevator.

Greg Nesting and Gabe Schnitzer with Portland-based Norris & Stevens Inc. represented the seller, Ronald A. Buss & Teresa McCurdy, and Jason Kennedy with RE/MAX Equity Group represented the buyer in the transaction.
