CBRE Adds Jordan Louie to Seattle Multifamily Team

Jordan Louie has joined CBRE as senior vice president in the firm’s Seattle office. He specializes in the sale and valuation of multifamily properties and development sites.

Occupancy in the Puget Sound multifamily market has held steady at 94.4%, according to CBRE Research. Demand in Q1 2024 was positive, and rent increased slightly as delivery of new units decreased from Q4 2023.

“Jordan’s expertise and relationships in the mid-market sector will complement our team of multifamily experts in the Pacific Northwest and enable clients to leverage CBRE’s unparalleled global platform,” said John R. Miller, executive managing director for the Pacific Northwest and market leader for the Greater Seattle region.

Previously, Louie was a senior director with JLL Capital Markets, where he represented owners of multifamily properties and development sites during the disposition process. Prior to that, he worked at Seattle Bank and was responsible for underwriting new loans, mitigating risk across portfolios.
