Tradeweb Markets Inks 75K-SF with SL Green at 245 Park Ave
Tradeweb Markets LLC, an operator of electronic marketplaces for rates, credit, equities and money markets, has signed a new 75,825-square-foot, 15-year lease with SL Green Realty Corp for the entire 29th and 30th floors at 245 Park Avenue in Midtown.
245 Park Avenue, a 1.8 million-square-foot, Class A office building, is undergoing redevelopment. Upgrades include a terra cotta overclad, new windows, lobby, and elevator cabs, a landscaped plaza, a 17,000-square-foot wellness center, a 10,000-square-foot upscale restaurant, and a rooftop lounge.
Tradeweb Markets LLC was represented by David Kleiner, Michael Berg, Will McGarry, Finley Burger of Jones Lang LaSalle. The landlord was represented by Patrick Murphy, Bruce Mosler, Tara Stacom, Harry Blair, Ron LoRusso, Justin Royce, Pierce Hance, and Will Yeatman from Cushman & Wakefield.
