Larken Associates Breaks Ground on 50K-SF NJ Flex Industrial/Warehouse Building
Larken Associates has commenced construction on Flemington Junction Business Center II, a 50,000-square-foot flex industrial/warehouse facility at 20 Minneakoning Road in Flemington, NJ. Scheduled for completion in Q4 2024, the project is overseen by Core Enterprises, Larken’s in-house construction team.
Located within Larken’s existing Flemington Junction Business Center, a fully leased 150,000-square-foot complex, the center is positioned near Route 31 with access from Routes 22, 202, and Interstates 78 and 287, the center offers amenities such as 32′ clear ceiling heights, column spacing, LED lighting, and loading docks. Units ranging from 3,125 to 50,000 square feet.
