254-unit Town Center headed to Parker

264-Unit Rental Community Slated for Parker

A developer team has started building The Juniper on Mainstreet, a 264-unit multifamily community with nearly 14,000 square feet of retail space on the main floor. The project, in downtown Parker, Colorado, is expected to cost over $107 million.

Rockefeller Group and MGL Partners have joined forces on the project, which will include two four-story buildings and a slew of amenities, including a clubhouse, two fitness centers, co-working areas, conference facilities, and a mail room. They will also feature a pool and spa, a dog park and access to outdoor green space.

Construction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.

The apartments will range in size from studios to three-bedroom units, with an average size of approximately 910 square feet. In all, the project will feature a net rentable living space of 238,625 square feet.

Santulan Architecture of Denver designed the project. B.C. Builders is the general contractor.
