230 Fifth Rooftop Bar Extends 32K-SF NoMad Lease 

GFP Real Estate, LLC announced that Rooftop Hospitality Group LLC has signed a 12-year lease extension for its 32,050-square-foot restaurant and lounge on the roof of 230 Fifth Ave., also known as The New York MarketCenter building.  

Jane Gural-Senders, David Kaye, and Harvey Richer of GFP represented both the landlord and the tenant in the lease transaction. “The 230 Fifth Avenue Rooftop Bar was a pioneer when it opened in 2006 and remains one of the most beloved rooftop destinations in New York City,” said GFP Real Estate executive managing director Harvey Richer.  

Established in 2006, the 230 Fifth Avenue Rooftop Bar features nearly 33,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. Built in 1914, 230 Fifth Ave. is a 20-story Beaux Arts-style office building in the Flatiron District, home to over 140 luxury home fashion accessory companies.
