Enterprise Community Partners Announces Exec Promotions 

Enterprise Community Partners has promoted Meaghan Vlkovic and Baaba Halm to senior vice presidents of Programs and Solutions. Vlkovic and Halm will oversee programmatic growth, prioritization, partner relations, stakeholder collaboration, and policy advocacy across U.S. regions, reporting to Jacqueline Waggoner, president of the Solutions Division. 

Vlkovic will lead the Southeast, Gulf Coast, and Midwest markets, as well as resilience efforts. She previously elevated Enterprise’s Southeast market, implementing programs like the Faith-Based Development Initiative in Atlanta and South Florida, and advocating for tenant protections and affordable housing resources. Halm will oversee the Mid-Atlantic, New York, California, Pacific Northwest, Rocky Mountain, Tribal Nations, and Rural markets. She has led advocacy efforts in New York, launching initiatives such as weatherization and electrification programs and the Home 4 Good eviction prevention program.
