Friedman Real Estate Facilities Sale-Leaseback of Michigan Dispensary 

Friedman Real Estate’s Steven Silverman recently closed the Sale-Leaseback of Quality Roots located at 350 E 14 Mile Rd in Madison Heights, Michigan. Friedman advised both sides in the transaction.

Quality Roots, a Michigan-based dispensary providing a variety of cannabis products, operates eight cannabis dispensaries in Michigan and has expanded to employ over 250 people, with revenues approaching $100 million.

Friedman’sMarc Hames also recently completed the sale of properties at 8891 Pulaski Road, a 2,500-square-foot asset, and 12584 Wooden Road, a 25,000-square-foot building, in Michigan. Friedman represented the owner in these two cannabis receivership transactions.
