Kidder Mathews Sells 18-Unit Chestnut Grove Townhomes

Max Frame of the Simon and Anderson team, a multifamily investment team at Kidder Mathews, successfully facilitated the off-market sale of the 18-unit Chestnut Grove Townhomes located at 100 Peach Tree Lane, Yakima, Washington. The property sold for $3.34 million, or $185,556 per unit.

The 18-unit duplex portfolio was built in 2000. It represents a well-maintained and strategically located investment opportunity in Yakima. The sale was financed through seller financing, which offered favorable terms for the buyer and ensured a smooth transaction process. Frame was the sole broker representing the seller in the transaction.

“Understanding and meeting the seller’s priorities was crucial in this transaction. By connecting a local investment group with the seller, we facilitated a seamless deal that met everyone’s expectations,” said Frame. “This success story underscores our strategic approach to brokerage.”
