TCC Signs 342K-SF Industrial Lease in New Jersey

JW Fulfillment, Inc., a wholesale distribution company, has signed a full-building lease at Arsenal Trade Center, a 1 million-square-foot logistics hub in Sayreville, NJ, with Trammell Crow Company (TCC). Located at 99 Callahan Boulevard and completed earlier this year, Arsenal was developed in partnership with CBRE Investment Management.

Two full-building opportunities, ranging from 285,000 to 451,602 square feet, are still available at Arsenal, with smaller availabilities starting at 80,000 square feet. The CBRE team of Tom Monahan, Larry Schiffinhaus and Brian Golden are responsible for the marketing and leasing of the development. Charles Fern and Jimo Liu  of C&W represented the tenant in lease negotiations.

“Arsenal Trade Center is strategically located in the heart of the largest and most dynamic consumer market in the world. Despite the region’s importance to virtually all major global corporations, logistics projects of this scale and design quality are rare in the market,” said Andrew Mele, market leader for TCC’s Northeast region.
