Colliers Hires New EVP of Debt & Equity 

Colliers has hired Brad Geiger as executive vice president of debt and Equity. With 20 years of multi-sector experience, Geiger will leverage his financing expertise to enhance value for clients across markets and property types. He will collaborate with Colliers’ brokers and business lines to offer services including financing, funding, and capital solutions for commercial properties such as office, industrial, multi-family, retail, and hotel sectors. 

Geiger, who began his career as a national real estate developer at Gilbane Properties and later served as a senior vice president at Cushman & Wakefield, recently closed two large industrial portfolios involving 13 properties and 2.1 million square feet.
