New Food Hall Concept Coming to 570 Lexington

HF Brands and Markets, a food hall concept by restaurateur Steven Hanson and hospitality operator Alex Gaudelet, has signed a 25-year, 11,400-square-foot space lease at 570 Lexington Avenue with the Feil Organization.

Built in 1932, 570 Lexington Avenue is a 450,622-square-foot landmarked skyscraper in Midtown. The building will host the new HF Market along with Schnipper’s at its base. The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Randall Briskin and Alex Gaudelet of HF represented HF Brands and Market for the transaction.

“As we seek to inject new life into the food hall industry, we’re materializing our game-changing food halls in strategic, central locations,” said Steve Hanson, principal at Hospitality Firm. “We felt magnetized to the iconic allure of 570 Lexington, located near a major transit hub and surrounded by landmarks and cultural destinations.”
