Realterm Expands in Seattle with Storage Facility Acquisition

Realterm, a global investment manager, has acquired 805 140th Avenue Court E, an industrial outdoor storage maintenance facility on 4.3 acres in Sumner, Washington.

Kermit Jorgensen of Neil Walter Company represented Realterm and facilitated the transaction. The 18,800-square-foot property located in the Kent Valley features a 12,700-square-foot maintenance shop and 6,100 square feet of office space. In total, the property features nine drive-in doors and four drive-through bays, LED lighting, and an electric vehicle charging station.

“This facility’s layout is ideal for logistics users – with drive-through bays, efficient geometry and multiple points of ingress/egress to highlight a few features,” said Ed Brickley, Managing Director and Fund Manager, Realterm.

This Sumner property has immediate proximity to the on/off ramp of Route 167, providing efficient access to the Port of Tacoma, Port of Seattle, downtown Seattle and the greater Kent Valley market, which serves as a vital distribution hub for the Pacific Northwest.
