PARIC Holdings Acquires Corporate Concepts

PARIC Holdings, a St. Louis-based parent company of several design-build firms, has acquired Chicago-based Corporate Concepts, a large Midwest contract furniture dealer.

Corporate Concepts will become part of PARIC’s I3 Group, which also includes Chicago-based Interior Investments and Minnesota-based Intereum. “The experience Corporate Concepts brings perfectly complements our core competencies in workplace integration, and unifying its offering with those of Interior Investments and Intereum unlocks an incredible amount of value for our current and future clients,” said Matt Quinn, CEO of I3 Group.

Corporate Concepts, which has offices in downtown Chicago and Lombard, will continue to operate under its existing name for 90 days before joining Interior Investments and Intereum as a unified company. “From the very beginning, our vision was to provide tailored, innovative office solutions for working professionals of today and future generations,” said Jennifer Cusack, co-founder and CEO of Corporate Concepts.

PARIC Holdings is the parent company of several construction and design firms that operate in Missouri, Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.
