BOLOUR Secures Entitlements for Apartments Near Dodger Stadium
BOLOUR Associates Inc. has secured the entitlements to build a new six-story rental apartment building at 1330 W. Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles. Located at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Vin Scully Avenue in LA’s Echo Park neighborhood, the property will be within walking distance to Dodger Stadium.
At completion, the building will include 86 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment units. It will also provide a fitness center, open-air courtyard, rooftop amenity deck with seating areas and barbeques, and grade-level and subterranean parking.
“This project continues BOLOUR’s efforts to bring high-quality, centrally located housing to the Los Angeles market,” said BOLOUR CEO Mark Bolour. “We’ve been working toward this benchmark since we purchased the site in 2021, and we are excited to reach the next stage in bringing this community to fruition.”
AFCO Design Inc. is the project’s executive architect. Abramson Architects is the design architect.
