Tishman Speyer Appoints Nikita Rao to Lead Resi Platform 

Tishman Speyer has appointed Nikita Rao as managing director and head of U.S. Residential. Based in Washington, D.C., Rao will lead the firm’s U.S. residential portfolio, including market rate, workforce, and affordable assets. Reporting to Paul Galiano, she will direct strategy for acquiring and operating assets and collaborate with Erik Rose on development projects.  

Rao brings over two decades of multifamily housing investment experience, previously launching and overseeing Nuveen Real Estate’s U.S. Cities Multifamily Fund. She also worked in asset management at The Carlyle Group.
