JLL Arranges Sale of 250K-SF Distribution Facility in Jeffersonville
JLL brokered the sale of 1220 Bridgeport Drive, a Class-A, 250,000-square-foot distribution facility located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Strategically positioned in the Louisville MSA with direct access to I-265, the property is 100% occupied by a third-party logistics provider on a long-term lease.
The JLL team included Ross Bratcher, Sean Devaney, Powell Spears, Matt Hartlage, and Cameron Chandra.
Positioned on a 16-acre land parcel, 1220 Bridgeport Drive is a front-load distribution facility featuring modern logistics specifications, including 32’ clear height, 20 equipped dock-high doors, ESFR sprinkler systems, and LED lighting. The building’s Louisville MSA location provides access to some of America’s most critical transportation infrastructure, including I-65, the UPS Worldport, and the CSX Louisville Intermodal Terminal.
