EquipmentShare Inks 20K-SF Md. Industrial Lease
EquipmentShare, an integrated equipment rental and asset management company, has signed a lease with Bay Street Capital for 20,000 square feet on 5.43 acres of industrial land at 1875 Mayfield Road in Odenton, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. This lease marks the Columbia, Missouri-headquartered company’s entry into the Baltimore-Washington, D.C. Corridor, supplementing its existing locations in Baltimore City and the Washington, D.C. area.
Represented by Matthew Curran and Andrew Meeder of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, EquipmentShare provides tools and platforms for the construction industry, including equipment rentals, telematic devices, and fleet management solutions.
The new facility, equipped with 18-20 foot ceilings, four drive-in bays, and one drive-through loading dock, will support offices, warehouse, and service space, as well as an outdoor area for equipment storage. Bay Street Capital recently acquired the property, which offers immediate access to MD Routes 32 and 170.
