Wood Partners Breaks Ground on RI, NH Developments

Wood Partners has started construction on Alta Altitude in Warwick, Rhode Island, and Alta Oak & Pine in Londonderry, New Hampshire, marking its entry into both states. These developments will provide over 475 new housing units to markets with a shortage of new construction.

Alta Altitude will feature 214 apartment homes in two four-story buildings within Warwick’s “City Centre,” offering amenities like a fitness center, resident lounges, and a resort-style pool. Alta Oak & Pine will consist of 264 units in 11 three-story buildings, with amenities including a fitness center, work-from-home lounge, and dog park.

“We are consistently looking to develop in key growth markets that offer convenient transportation, access to a highly educated workforce and provide an unmatched residential experience,” said Mark Seck, vice president for Wood Partners’ Boston office. Both communities broke ground in May 2024, with Alta Altitude expected to deliver first units by Summer 2025 and Alta Oak & Pine by Spring 2025.
