Mission Rock Residential to Manage Fredericksburg Apt Community
Mission Rock Residential, a national property management company, has been selected to manage The Kingson apartment community in Fredericksburg, VA. The contract was awarded by the community’s owners, Hamilton Zanze Real Estate Investments.

The Kingson consists of three mid-rise buildings offering one to three-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a pool, dog park, clubhouse, and fitness center.
