Alloy Midtown debuts in Phoenix

Phoenix Office Conversion to Net 171 Apartments

Soltrust will debut Alloy Midtown, an urban office-to-apartment conversion at 3010 N 2nd St. Soltrust Residential REIT (Formerly Blueprint Capital REIT) created Alloy Midtown, comprised of two unique structures.

On one side of the community, residents will find a converted office-to-apartment structure built out of the former Phoenix Drug Enforcement Agency Headquarters. The structural steel building was stripped, transforming it into an urban loft apartment building. On the other side is a new building of apartments composed of light gauge framings. Alloy Midtown’s 171 modern apartment homes offer a variety of floorplans, including studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom options. Select apartment homes include patios and terraces, including some with private entry.

Alloy boasts amenities including a resort-style modern design, a dual heated/cooled infinity-edge pool, a 27/4 fitness center, a yoga studio with ballet bar, a meditation courtyard, package lockers and a secured package room, a chic rooftop deck and a remote working lounge.
