Santa Ana’s Griffin Towers Inks 80K SF of New Leases and Renewals

Barker Pacific Group said that more than 80,000 square feet of commercial space has been leased at 5 & 6 Hutton Centre, also known as Griffin Towers, in Santa Ana. A highlight was the recent expansion of Optima Tax Relief from 38,000 square feet to 57,230 square feet at the 560,163-square-foot office complex.

Additionally, within the past year BPG has signed a notable mix of new tenants and renewals. They include the following:

  • Thomas Kearns McKnight LLP, a full-service consumer advocacy law firm, just leased 13,563 square feet, represented by Mike Salmon of Madison Partners.
  • Senior Doc, represented by Dave Ellis from CBRE, has leased 14,557 square feet.
  • CBRE’s Eric Purmort represented GeoPentech in a 2,956-square-foot lease.
  • GoEngineer, a 3D printing services company, has leased 2,974 square feet,
    represented by CBRE’s Orange County-based team of Taylor Friend, Peter Wells, Dean
    Chandler and Justin Hill.
  • RSL renewed its lease for 5,744 square feet, also represented by CBRE’s Orange County-based team.
  • X Engineering was represented by JLL’s Dillon Knight and Curtis Ellmore to renew and expand its lease to 10,122 square feet.
  • SVA Architects, Inc. has renewed 7,544 square feet, represented by Scott Kenny & Mick Cerny of CBRE.
  • GSA/SBA has renewed 8,156 square feet.
