Trademark, Merriman, Legacy Add Key Performers

  • Jamie Cox will lead Ft. Worth-based Trademark’s on-site and corporate property management teams, assuming primary responsibility for all operational aspects of the company’s portfolioCox has nearly 15 years of real estate experience with companies such as Caruso, Taubman, Westfield and OliverMcMillan. 
  • Legacy Capital appointed Matt Carey to Executive Vice President and Chief Underwriter of Legacy Capital. Matt will oversee the day-to-day operations of all MAP and LEAN transactions. Matt has over 17 years of experience in the processing, underwriting, and screening of Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) and LEAN transactions. Legacy Bank & Trust recently expanded to North Texas and opened three branches in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. 
  • Austin-based Petros PACE Finance (Petros) announced the addition of Sacha Boxill as Managing Director, Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships. Mr. Boxill joins Petros after serving the last five years with Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets, most recently as its Director of Corporate Banking.
  • Merriman Anderson Architects (MAA) welcomed Jenifer Batchelder as Director of Marketing, and Cari Walls as Director of Interior and Corporate Architecture. Both women bring over 25 years each of experience to their respective roles. Batchelder joins MAA as Director of Marketing with over 25 years of marketing experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. Walls joined MAA as director of interior and corporate architecture after her previous role as principal and founder of MDW Studio, an architecture and interior design studio in Dallas.
