Friedman Real Estate Leases MI Retail Space to Coffee Shop

Friedman Real Estate’s Greg Hornby recently leased 4,500 square feet of retail space at Southgate Shopping Center, located at 13627 Eureka Road in Southgate, Michigan, to Embers Coffee Co. The shop is expected to open in the fall of 2024.

Known for its craft coffee and community focus, Embers Coffee Co. will serve coffee roasted by Rootless Coffee of Flint, Michigan. Friedman represented the tenant in this transaction.
