Trademark Zoning Request Okayed for 400-Unit Dallas Rental Community
The Dallas City Council agreed to rezone 3900 Lemmon Ave. as a multifamily and retail community. Trademark Property has the go-ahead to move forward on a mixed-use development that will include more than 400 apartments, pocket parks, an amenity terrace and a ground-floor restaurant space, among other amenities. An array of lots and a retail building will be replaced by a multi-level apartment building.
The complex will be three to seven stories and cover three acres on the corner of Lemmon Ave. and Reagan Street. Dallas architect GFF will design it.
Earlier this year, Trademark broke ground on The Vickery, its 321-unit mixed-use residential project just South of Downtown Fort Worth. Expected to deliver its first units in Fall 2025, the community will feature 307 upscale apartments, 14 townhomes, 5,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space, multiple parks, pickleball, a coworking lounge, and other amenities.
