Kissimmee Hotel Offering Ownership Option

It’s not a timeshare. Embassy Suites is partnering with Rentyl Resorts and Davidson Hospitality to offer guests/investors the ability to buy a room and then rent it out when they’re not using it. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk, at 3151 Sunset Walk Drive in Kissimmee, will have 120 rooms available now and another 200 by the end of the year. Options include studios and one—and two-bedroom condos, ranging from 514 to 1,252 square feet. Units start in the high $300,000 range.

Rentyl and Davidson will run the turn-key process, being responsible for the onsite management, sales, marketing, revenue, and call center management of the units.

The hotel also features traditional Embassy amenities, including complimentary breakfast, evening receptions for guests, and access to live entertainment and dining at the Oasis Beach Club on the property.
