Sage Investment Group Reaches $100M in Investments Raised
Sage Investment Group, a Washington-based organization that turns underutilized hotel properties into attainable housing, has surpassed $100 million in investments.
“This accomplishment reiterates our strong belief that affordable and secure housing should be accessible to everyone,” said Ryan Sudeck, CEO of Sage Investment Group. “We are proud to leverage our real estate expertise to help create communities where all individuals can flourish.”
With 25 properties and over 1,800 units across five states, Sage Investment Group is backed by a diverse group of 230 investing entities. Investors are 28% women and 30% people of color, reflecting the group’s commitment to inclusivity.
