Rachel Jones joins JLL Capital Markets as a Director in Seattle
JLL has added Rachel Jones as a Director in its Seattle office. Jones will be a member of the industrial investment sales and advisory team working alongside Managing Director Buzz Ellis, focused on industrial assignments in the Pacific Northwest.
With a background in commercial real estate and law, she brings a wealth of market knowledge and expertise to her new role. Jones joins JLL from Newmark, where she worked on their commercial investment sales team. Throughout her tenure, she successfully secured and managed investment sales opportunities and led all phases of the due diligence process.
Rachel’s previous experience also includes CBRE National Partners, serving as a Senior Capital Markets Coordinator. Prior to her ventures in the real estate industry, Rachel worked as an attorney and extern, honing her legal skills and gaining invaluable experience in the field.
