Zeller Announces New Chief Executive Officer

Zeller announced that Bob Six will step down as CEO, and Chris Baker, President of Zeller Realty Corporation, will be appointed as the company’s new CEO, effective June 1, 2024.  

Bob Six has worked with Zeller for more than 23 years, with his recent four years of service as the company’s CEO and a career in the CRE industry that spans over 40 years. Under his leadership, the company expanded its portfolio from 3 million square feet to over 10 million square feet nationally. 

Six will continue to serve as a Principal of Zeller and an advisor to senior leadership. “With his seasoned expertise in debt and equity and proven leadership, Chris is poised to guide Zeller in the next chapter of its growth and success,” said Six. 

Baker brings a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in the commercial real estate industry to his new role as CEO. Since joining Zeller in 2013, he has held positions including President of Zeller Realty Corporation and Director of Asset Management.
