Cushman & Wakefield Adds Michael Goetz to Portland Brokerage Services Team
Michael Goetz has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s offices in Portland, Oregon, as a Director. Goetz will be part of the multi-disciplinary brokerage team that also features Executive Managing Directors Doug Deurwaarder, Mark Carnese and Matt Johnson.
The team specializes in representing tenants across the office, tech, healthcare, and other key real estate sectors in Oregon and markets throughout the U.S. Representing a wide range of clients, the team has transacted over $1 billion, totaling several millions of building square feet, including corporate headquarters facilities.

Goetz joins Cushman & Wakefield from Newmark in Portland, where he began his career in commercial real estate in 2018.
