Local Investor Acquires SpringHill Suites in Oceanside

Berkadia arranged the sale of SpringHill Suites San Diego Oceanside-Downtown, a 149-key hotel located in Oceanside. Managing director Scott Hall and senior director Aaron Lapping of Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality led the transaction on behalf of the seller, Colorado-based GF Properties Group.

The buyer was a private local investor. Deal terms were not disclosed.

“Downtown Oceanside has experienced a significant renaissance in recent years,” said Hall. “The market’s incredibly strong response to this sale offering highlights the long-term positive outlook for continued growth of North County San Diego’s coastal region.”

Located at 110 N Myers St, the hotel was built in 2014 and recently renovated in 2021. It features a rooftop pool, indoor and outdoor event space, a fitness facility, beach rentals, a full-service restaurant and bar, and additional amenities.
