Core Industrial Realty Closes Five Chicago-Area Transactions

Oak Brook, Illinois-based Core Industrial Realty, has completed five recent transactions in the suburban Chicago area.

Core Industrial Realty has completed a 51,925 SF lease at 1456 Brewster Creek Blvd in Bartlett, Illinois, on behalf of Perla Foods. The landlord was represented by Lee & Associates’ Jeffrey Janda and Brad Simousek. Brokers Noel S. Liston and Nick Krejci represented Perla Foods in this transaction.

Core Industrial Realty brokers Matthew Lee and Nick Krejci represented Illinois General Merchandise in its acquisition of a 20,500-square-foot building at 490 Mills Road in Joliet, Illinois. Jim Higdon of White Clover Commercial represented the seller.

Core Industrial Realty Brokers Noel S. Liston and Nick Krejci represented Sparkstone Electrical Group in its sublease of 21,600 square feet at 614 Lamont Road in Elmhurst, Illinois. Colliers International represented the subtenant Reliance Gear Corporation.

Core Industrial Realty broker Matthew Lee represented Venture One in their purchase of an investment property at 605-617 Church Road in Elgin, Illinois. The 32,450-square-foot building was fully leased at the time of Venture One’s purchase.

Core Industrial Realty broker Matthew Lee represented Hyper Fox, Inc., the subtenant, in their lease of 35,000 square feet at 1150 N. Swift Road in Addison, Illinois. Core Industrial Brokers Frank Damato IV and Nick Krejci represented the sublessor.
