New Boutique Retail, Office Building Opens in Meatpacking District 

50 Ninth, a boutique retail and office building in the Meatpacking District is set to welcome its first tenants. Newmark’s Howard Hersch, Jared Solomon, Brett Harvey and Jenny Schreiber are the asset’s exclusive office leasing agents. 

Located at West 14th Street, The building offers retail opportunities and eight floors for commercial tenants, each with private outdoor terraces. The ninth floor serves as a private tenant amenity space, featuring an outdoor lounge, tenant board room, and event space.
