Colliers Lists One Remaining Office Space at Solana Beach MXU
One office space remains available at Sandbox Solana Beach following a successful leasing campaign by Colliers. The team of vice chairs Steve Bruce and Chris High and VP Conor Evans leased up 53,500 square feet of the 97,000-square-foot mixed-use asset’s 60,000 square feet of office.
Construction recently completed on the mixed-use development comprised of office, retail, food & beverage and residential space at 329 and 343 South Highway in Solana Beach. Office tenants include PMB Real Estate Services, iRhythm Technologies, Inc., Scientist.com, Tide Rock Yieldco, LLC, and Legends. All spaces designated for retail/F&B and residential apartment homes are fully leased.
“We couldn’t be more excited about our leasing success and the mix of excellent companies now occupying the project,” said Bruce. “Our F&B offerings are currently under construction and are planned for delivery soon. Once completed and coupled with the residential apartments and coastal Solana Beach location, this offering provides a fantastic location for the company that occupies the remaining space.”
