Lakeside Village Scores Luxury Marriott Hotel

Realty Capital finalized an agreement with Marriott International to develop an Autograph Collection Hotel and Residences building as part of Lakeside Village’s final construction phase. The $230 million project, which is slated to break ground in the second quarter of 2025, includes the hotel and a six-story office building. Lakeside Village is on Grapevine Lake in Flower Mound.

Guests staying at the luxury resort can access lakefront restaurants, two golf courses, and an amphitheater. The hotel will feature 12 floors with 181 guest rooms and suites and 21 condo units. Amenities will include a rooftop pool, spa, full-service restaurant, ballrooms and a fitness center. There will also be a private yacht for guest excursions on the lake.

The hotel and office building will be connected on the first and second floors for convenient access to shared amenities, such as the spa, bar and restaurant. The hotel and office building will join a 16-story multifamily building and a number of restaurants and retail stores.

Realty is teaming up with Coury Hospitality, who will manage the hotel.
