Affinius Arranges $160M Refi for Downtown BK MF

Affinius Capital LLC has closed a $160 million loan to refinance 101 Fleet Place, a 21-story multifamily building in downtown Brooklyn. The loan, provided to developer The Jay Group, will be used to complete construction and lease the property.

101 Fleet Place offers 294 units ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, along with amenities like a rooftop deck, fitness center, shared workspace, and outdoor recreation areas. The property’s location near subway lines, Fort Green Park, and Fulton Street Mall adds to its appeal.

“101 Fleet is a high-quality luxury multifamily project in downtown Brooklyn, a market that we continue to have strong conviction in and where we expect to see continued tailwinds supporting best-in-class assets. We were delighted to partner with The Jay Group on this transaction,” said Affinius Capital Vice President Perry Katz.  Financing for the project was arranged by Henry Bodek of Galaxy Capital.
