LEG Breaks Ground on Two Belleville Industrial Properties

Lincoln Equities Group (LEG) has broken ground on Lincoln Logistics Belleville at 681 Main Street, Belleville, N.J. The 15.25-acre site will feature two Class A industrial properties, one at 91,746 square feet and the other at 112,661 square feet. Located near major highways, the site offers access to the Lincoln Tunnel, Holland Tunnel, George Washington Bridge, Ports Newark and Elizabeth, and Newark International Airport.

“These new logistics properties will bring significant revenue without burdening local resources,” said Belleville Township Mayor Michael Melham. The buildings will have 36-foot clear heights, multiple dock doors, ESFR sprinkler systems, and parking.

“The demand for modern logistics properties is strong, and this project meets that need,” said LEG executive chairman Joel Bergstein. LEG, which has 5 million square feet of industrial space under development in the region, tapped CBRE’s Thomas Monahan, Larry Schiffenhaus, and Brian Golden for leasing efforts. Completion is expected by Summer 2025.
