Constellation Planning Nearly 1M-SF Orlando Business Park
Constellation Real Estate Partners bought land for a new industrial park at Air Commerce Parkway in February for $33 million. Constellation, and capital partners Northwestern Mutual plan to jointly develop the project. The property is adjacent to Orlando International Airport.
The 972,079-square-foot space, to be known as Constellation Air Commerce, will include three buildings. Two buildings, 232,497 square feet and 283,580 square feet, respectively, will feature front parking and rear loading, while the third, 456,002 square feet, will have cross-dock loading. C4 Architecture and Florida Engineering Group designed Constellation Air Commerce Park.
The Orlando Business Journal reports the spot is being developed on spec, and no tenants are currently lined up. The buildings could be divided into two to four tenants each or single tenants in each. The buildout will likely be completed in the third quarter of 2025.
Constellation and Northwestern Mutual have selected Jared Bonshire, David Perez, Taylor Zambito, Ryan Hubbard, Sara Bravo and Jasmine Yarbrough of Cushman & Wakefield as the project’s leasing agents.
