Essex Completes MF Sale in Chicago’s South Shore
Multifamily brokerage firm Essex Realty Group, Inc. has completed the sale of a 31-unit multifamily property located in Chicago’s South Shore neighborhood.
The building featured a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units and was nearly fully occupied at the time of sale. Essex’s Berman Anguiano team of Robert Berman, Michael Anguiano, Daniel Shabsin, Jeremy DeMarco, and Joe Kahlhammer facilitated the sale on behalf of the private seller.
“Because of the building’s attractive assumable debt, we were able to secure multiple near-list offers within days of launching the listing from both local and out-of-state investors”, said Robert Berman, Managing Director at Essex Realty Group.
