Midlothian Apartment Portfolio Trades Hands

Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of the Karlov & Keystone Portfolio, a 23-unit apartment portfolio located in Midlothian, Illinois. Ryan D. Engle, senior managing director; Andrean Angelov, senior vice president; and senior associates Sam Antreasian and Zack Mahoney, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Engle, Angelov, and Antreasian.
The Karlov & Keystone Portfolio is located at 14601 & 14607 Karlov Avenue and 14608 & 14636 Keystone Avenue in Midlothian, Illinois. The portfolio has convenient access to Interstate 294 and Route 57.

The properties are one-half mile from the Midlothian Metra Station and are within walking distance of a PACE bus stop. The buildings are close to local retail and dining options. Originally built in the 1960s, the portfolio is comprised of mostly two-bedroom units.
