Resolution RE Partners Arranges Two Midtown Leases 

Jonata Dayan and Brett Weiss of Resolution Real Estate Partners arranged a 10-year lease for La Radiant at 11 West 32nd Street in Midtown, securing the entire 5,000-square-foot seventh floor for the jewelry design and production company’s new headquarters and showroom. La Radiant will design the space, with the landlord providing new bathrooms, flooring, and a package A/C unit. Dayan and Weiss represented both the tenant and landlord, with an asking rent of $36 per square foot. 

Additionally, Dayan and Jeffrey Zund facilitated a five-year lease for Ba Neul, a woman-owned tattoo salon founded by renowned Korean tattoo artist MJ Lynch, at 45 West 34th Street in Midtown. The 2,100-square-foot space will feature multiple tattoo design styles. Dayan represented the tenant, while Zund represented the landlord, 34th Street Commercial Properties, LLC. The asking rent for this space was $45 per square foot.
