East Bay Logistics Extends Port of Tacoma Industrial Lease

East Bay Logistics, a California company providing warehousing and logistics services, has extended its lease for a 228256-square-foot distribution facility in Sumner, Washington. Cushman & Wakefield represented East Bay Logistics in extending the lease for its facility located at 4800 E Valley Highway at the southern end of the Kent Valley in the Sumner-Pacific area. The property is owned by Prologis, Inc.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jay Hagglund, Patrick Mullin and Scott Alan represented the tenant in the transaction. Founded in 1997, East Bay Logistics offers warehousing and logistics services for commodities, including coffee, cocoa, and sugar. The company services the Bay Area, Los Angeles, and Seattle markets.

“This is a critical location for East Bay Logistics in serving its customer base in Greater Seattle,” said Hagglund. “The company has operated here for several years particularly due to its convenient location that provides direct access to SR-167 and SR-410 with easy access to I-5, as well as to the Port of Seattle.”
